Customers of Sierra Molecular accept the Terms and conditions outlined below when placing an order. All orders are subject to availability.
Pricing
Pricing are subject to change and the listed price does not include shipping costs, VAT, or other import duties.
Delivery
Sierra Molecular aims to honor the preferred shipping method selected at the time of check out but reserves the right to ship order via the best method to insure the stability of the product, minimize freight costs and allow efficient order tracking. Packaging and products should be inspected immediately upon receipt and notification of any damage, shortage or defects should be given immediately by e-mail or phone.
Payment terms
Purchase order numbers are required for all orders. Payment terms are net 30 days.
Product Use
All AssayAssure® products are for Research Use Only. These products are not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Sierra Molecular will not be liable for any claims or applications or the misuse of products.
